can’t sleep, party will eat me

I have a little bit of nervousness about tomorrow evening, but I guess that’s normal. A lot of people that don’t know each other, and often a dinner isn’t an easy place to engage everyone, and there are people I invited specifically because I don’t get to spend enough time with them (in my opinion).

And there’s already been a little bit of drama related to the guest list, but a sage friend told me that I can always wait until after it’s all over to write about that. *deep cleansing breaths*

However on the home front there is some improvement on the homestead. That picture is the “after” to this one, and there has most definitely been a change.
